Well done to Joseph who is this term’s winner of ‘Strive for Five’.Joseph reads every night and has been awarded a raffle ticket every week for reading 5 times. This raffle ticket then goes in to the ‘big box’ and was drawn out this morning! Well done Joseph -your reading is superb! I wonder what you will choose as your amazing prize? Will it be a new i-Pad? Gareth, the brilliant building contractor from Wrexham Council came in today to listen to our pupils talk about their vision and designs for the new digital media suite at school. In September we will be visiting MoneyPenny to see their use of creative work spaces.

What a fantastic night we had on Friday. It was phenomenal. A big thank you to all parents and friends who came to support the event. A huge thank you though, to all our amazing children who took part – you were all brilliant.

A special thank you to our PTA who expertly organised the event and are already planning next year’s event.

We will let you know as soon as possible the amount of money raised.

Thank you everyone – we raised an amazing total of £2157.44 for Cancer Research UK.

We had a brilliant Sports Day this year which again, highlighted some very talented pupils, excellent sportsmanship and a huge resilience in our children. Thank you to Mr Hodges for organising and to all parents for supporting the event. Well done to Berwyn who won!

Nursery & Little Gems – Monday 3rd July – am & pm
Junior Sports Day – Wednesday 5th July – 9.30am
Reception Sports Day – Tuesday 11th July – 9.30am
Year 1 & 2 Sports Day – Tuesday 11th July – 1.30pm (time TBC)

If the field is wet or if it is raining, these events will be cancelled.
