A huge and appreciative thank you to all choir members and parents who supported our Christmas contribution to the Wrexham Street Festival today. The weather was hideous but we created some seasonal cheer in our town. Lots of fantastic comments from people who were there. Impressive as usual – well done.

The Junior Choir had their first Christmas gig on Friday evening in support of Hope House Hospice. The evening was hosted by Erddig  Rotary Club. The choir performed beautifully as always. Thank you parents for supporting this event.

Here are some of our writers and mathematicians of the half term as nominated by their class teachers. Well done children.

Some of our children are improving their literacy skills dramtically through football! These children are awesome readers and are enjoying the ‘dressing room’ section of the school library. Thank you to Mr Hodges for organising this brilliant initiative.

Well done to all the children in Nursery and Reception who performed brilliantly during their dress rehearsal yesterday. Our youngest children have wonderful clear voices and they are super actors! You have got us all in the Christmas spirit!

Wow! Roa and Wil have been collecting lots of words for their homework this week!

I had a brilliant session with Oliver from Year 6 last Wednesday. Oliver is producing work of a very high standard. Well done young man.
