We took another group of fantastic pupils to Liverpool for a range of enrichment experiences. We all had a lovely day.

We had a lovely night at the Wrexham Sports Awards last night. What a fantastic evening celebrating healthy lifestyles and sport in Wrexham. Mrs Prytherch nominated us for School Sports Award and we were shortlisted into the final.

 

We have had yet another highly successful monitoring visit from our Challenge Advisor from GWE. I would like the children to say thank you to their teachers today for all their hard work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The children in school enjoy buddy reading immensely. On Friday, our Year 6 pupils buddied up the Year 1 pupils. It was a very successful morning with both Year 6 and Year 1 pupils enjoying the experience.

We had a lot of fun at the Harry Potter night. We all tried on the sorting hat, listened to some readings from the Philosopher’s Stone, took part in lots of puzzles and quizzes and we even met Hagrid!

Well done 5LS for very good attendance in January – 97.5%! I hope you enjoy spending your £20 voucher on lovely classroom equipment.
